Background
After 50+ years in the High Tech. business I've finally retired and have spare time on my hands, so I've decided to try my hand at web site development to share my life and experiences with family, friends and others.
Education
Although it took 6 years I left Sheffield with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science. Picture beautiful sunrise in Las Vegas from home.
Start of the Journey
I started studying Chemistry at Sheffield University, England, in 1968. After two years of not studying Chemistry I was thrown out. However I knew some influential people in the Department of Applied Maths and Computer Science and started work as a Computer Operator. Little did I know that this was the start of my long career in High Tech. Always like a pint with my best mate Pete and Rick. Pete and I were at University together back in 1968. Rick and I worked Europe for Objectivity in the 1990's.
